Before Transport Make Sure You...
WE STRONGLY ADVISE CALLING FOR TRANSPORT SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY PRIOR TO BOOKING AIRLINE TICKETS AS WE DO NOT OVERBOOK.
Door Pick-Up Customers:
you will receive a call informing you of the day and time of pick-up for your vehicle. Door pick-ups require a 2-day window before the transport date. Please
be available both days until you receive your pick-up time. We appreciate your co-operation.
Up to 100 lbs. of personal items may be stored in the trunk or cargo area only. All seats must remain in an upright position. Do not put anything in the back seat of the car except golf clubs or a garment bag; nothing in the front seat or behind the front seats.
Do not have more than a 1/4 tank of gas in the car.
DISABLE YOUR EZPASS and/or SUNPASS.
We are not responsible if it is scanned while your car is on your truck.
The ignition, door, and trunk key must accompany the car during shipment. Keep an extra set of keys with you.
Prior to your transport date, check the undercarriage of your vehicle to be sure there ar no leaking fluids such as oil, antifreeze, transmission fluid, etc.
Please advise us of any special starting, stopping, or alarm disabling procedures for your car.
OUR TRUCKS ARE OPEN CARRIERS;
the cleanliness of your car on arrival is not guaranteed.
CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENTS:
a $200 fee applies to any cancellation or postponements made within 5 days prior to transport date, unless we are able to rebook your reserved space.
And, a $200 fee applies to any change in vehicle made without notice if that change results in a scheduling conflict for CAT.
You must have a verbal or written CAT confirmation; leaving an email or voice mail message at the CAT office does not constitute notification.
